A startup chapter.
I spent two years with a small technology startup working to bring bill management, monitoring, and savings into one experience for homeowners.
The venture eventually paused. The work strengthened my foundation in analytics, systems thinking, and operational design—and deepened my interest in making complex systems feel intuitive and human.

I brought production data, Facebook, and Google Analytics together to connect acquisition, customer segmentation, and operational experiments.
Customer acquisition costs fell 66% overall and 54% for premium customers.
The share of households saving $50 or more per month increased by 14 percentage points.
02Electricity Management
I connected bill extraction and error checks, SQL records, forecasting, contract APIs, and customer updates into an electricity-management workflow.
70% of households had savings, averaging $540 per year.
The work connected analysis to action, from comparing plans to tracking contracts and keeping customers informed.
03Registration & Attendance
A shared application connects registration, student records, attendance, and staff follow-up across family, teacher, and administrator portals.
One annual registration covers a student’s classes, with shared records across all three portals.
Staff can see missing forms, incomplete attendance, and follow-up needs in the same workflow.
